Can I Add Something Extra To My Order?
If your order has a “Processing” status and you have additional items you’d like to add, please place a 2nd order. Mention “SHIPTOGETHER” in the comment box at checkout on your 2nd order. The postage charge will be refunded as a coupon code for a future order. Sometimes there may still be extra postage to pay if the additional items take you into the next postage weight band, or we are unable to combine your orders.
We will always make our best efforts to add something extra to your original order but please be aware, if your order has the status of “Complete” or “Exciting New Your Order Is On Its Way” it may not possible and all postage charges may be applicable.
How do I use a coupon code?
The coupon code box is on the checkout page below your basket.
Can You Order Something For Me?
If possible, we will special order any craft product for you. We will advise the expected time frame and only place the order when we have email confirmation from you. We will require a 50% non-refundable deposit before placing the order. Use the Contact Form or email.
Will you be getting a ‘specific item’ in stock?
If the item is out of stock there is a good chance we will restock it. Please join the waitlist on the shop so we know you are interested.
Where is my order?
If you have received a ‘Great News your order is on its way” your order has been dispatched. Due to Covid and delays outside of our control, your order may take longer to reach you. 90% of orders arrive within a week. Orders to Europe and Rest of World may take up to 3 weeks.
Why am I being charged shipping?
We offer free shipping on UK orders over £50 up to 2kg in weight. If your order is not showing the Free Shipping option you have over 2kg of items in your basket. Please send screenshots of your cart so we can look into this for you.
Why do you charge postage by weight?
We believe charging for postage by the weight of the items is the fairest way rather than charging by how much you spend.
