Hey crafty people! It’s Tasha here, back for another Saturday inspiration drop and this week I wanna talk last minute Christmas Cards!
If you’re anything like me, you get this close to Christmas and realise that you don’t have nearly enough cards and so you gotta have a hit of a creating in bulk session.
One of my favourite ways to do this is by choosing a full panel stamp, like the Cozy Christmas one from Pinkfresh, and emboss it on a bunch of different coloured card panels.
Step One
I work in an assembly line fashion, except it’s just me doing all of the jobs, so I cut my panels first from a range of different coloured cardstocks.
Step Two
Then I line up my stamp in my MISTI, so that I can stamp it over & over again. I love my MISTI and it’s definitely a necessity for me.
Step Three
I stamp 2 or 3 panels, then add my embossing powder onto them and set aside whilst I stamp another batch. Once I have run out of space to put my panels I heat up my embossing gun and then set each of the panels.
Step Four
I continued like this to make 15 panels in total, then I trimmed them and adhered them directly onto an A2 card base.
As always, I want to say thank you for spending this time with me and I will be back at the same time next week with some more papercraft inspiration. ?
