Autumn Leaves Stencil w/Video by Jeni

Hi, I love making Autumn cards with warms reds, oranges and yellows. Autumn is definitely my favourite season with the leaves changing colour to deep reds. I use the Autumn Leaves stamp with the coordinating Autumn Leaves stencil to make a crisp coloured card.

There is a process video for this card. You can watch it below or on YouTube.  Please let me know if you would like the video tutorials in the blog posts.

The ink colours I use are Midnight for the stamping, with Melon Ice and Bellini for the blending – with the blending brush by Trinity Stamps. (These ink colours are also available as minis – Mini Midnight and Mini Spring Fling)

I nearly always use Bristol card for ink blending, and use a Catherine Pooler 4.25×8.5 card as my card base.

The sentiment is heat embossed in Alabaster on 40lb vellum. With the adhesive hidden behind a couple of Bubble Blow Out embellishments.

Find the basic cardmaking supplies here. And don’t forget about the Lucky Leaves celebration we are having this month (October 2020) to celebrate our 5th birthday.

Join and share your cards in our Facebook Group – Paper Tree Tribe (monthly challenges to win prizes).
